"Philippa has been instrumental in helping us develop new revenue streams in adjacent markets. We had spent 15 months, a significant chunk of money and ultimately a morale sapping effort to move into adjacent markets, before realising we didn't have the organisational structure or feedback mechanisms in place to iterate our product and GTM approach for those new markets.
Philippa joined us for 6months and helped develop a GTM plan which enabled us to quickly iterate on our value prop and provide valuable feedback to our product team.
We created a new org structure with GTM leaders sitting in the product pods to ensure we developed what our customers in those new markets were asking for.
